    Tuesday Night Command Session

    Quarterback Development Built on Structure

Tuesday Night Command Sessions are built to connect understanding to execution. The game is processed, organized, and executed within structure. If development does not reflect that, performance becomes inconsistent.

Before each training block, quarterbacks are given concise video install that defines the concept and progression. Then they step on the field and execute it immediately.

This creates alignment between what you see, what you think, and what you do.

Each training block follows the same structure:

    See It
A 2–4 minute video install on the field defines the concept and progression.

    Solve It
Quarterbacks identify leverage and understand where the ball should go before the rep begins.

    Execute It
Footwork, timing, and decision-making are trained together within the concept.

There is no separate classroom session.
The install happens immediately before execution.

    Session Standard

This is a controlled development environment.

    Quarterbacks are expected to:

    • Process the concept before the snap
    • Operate with progression discipline
    • Tie footwork to timing and decision-making

Reps are coached with purpose. Execution matters.

Each Command Session builds on the last.
This is structured progression, not repeated activity.
